Luis founded My Olympic Coach back in 2018, an online and in-person training platform for athletes worldwide after establishing himself in Boulder, Colorado. Two years later, he also founded Running Mecca, the umbrella company of MOC dedicated to creating exclusive running camp experiences around the world; learn more about both companies below.

My Olympic Coach, founded by Orta, is a coaching company that provides a unique and exclusive coaching service by Olympians, with both online and in-person training. Amateur athletes from every continent receive personalized coaching regardless of age and every ability level, available in English and Spanish.

The YouTube channel which launched in 2018 alongside My Olympic Coach, has seen an exponential growth the past few years attracting athletes and runners worldwide with the launching of the YouTube Series Marathon Training in Iten, Kenya, back in 2021. Since then, we have continued to produce meaningful, high quality content for every runner on the globe, both in English and Spanish.
